We create living environments of lasting value.

ONCE is a dynamic, innovative real-estate company led by developer Assaf Nachshoni, combining deep experience, professionalism and a long-term view. The company initiates and develops residential projects with a focus on quality, meticulous planning and high standards.

"A precise living experience is the result of taking full responsibility for the planning, raw material selection, and execution—so that you feel at home from the very first moment and for years to come".
