Renewing together with the city
In our urban-renewal projects we replace ageing buildings in the most sought-after locations with new, safe, modern homes — for the long-standing residents and for new families alike. All along the way we insist on personal guidance, transparency and listening, so that residents get a living experience that is both high quality and precisely considered.

How it works, step by step
Feasibility study
Reviewing the existing data and the planning and financial feasibility
Reaching agreement and signing the residents
Electing a residents’ committee, appointing legal counsel for the residents, presenting the principles and obtaining the agreement of all parties
Design and permitting
Preparing an initial design with the chosen architect, submitting the plans to the authority and obtaining the approvals required up to the building permit.
Bank financing and vacating the apartments
Putting the financing in place and providing residents with the guarantees required by law. Moving to alternative housing, handing over the building and demolishing it ahead of the start of works.
Construction — and coming home
Erecting the new building and completing the construction works. You receive your new apartment in a modern building, built to the most advanced standards, in the same location you love.
