Construction Company
In-house construction to an uncompromising standard, through a contracting company holding the highest contractor classification — C5.
Building responsibly — from the foundations to the key.
ONCE is not only a development company but also a construction company registered with the Israeli Contractors Registrar. Every project is built by our own crews, alongside professional engineers and permanent site managers, with strict quality control at every stage. When the developer and the contractor sit under one roof, there is a single address and full responsibility — from the foundations to handing over the key.
The experience we have gathered across dozens of projects lets us build with precision, keep to schedule, and hand over apartments whose quality and finish speak for themselves.
