HaRaz 13 Receives Form 4: Key Handover in a Record Time of Only 20 Months of Construction
By ONCE editorial team

After only 20 months of construction—an impressive record time—the boutique building at 13 HaRaz Street in Rehovot, located on a quiet hill in the north of the city with a spectacular view of the open fields, has received the long-awaited occupancy permit, and families are moving into their new homes.
Upon arriving at HaRaz Street, we were welcomed by a festive and emotional key handover ceremony. The entire building awaited the tenants, wrapped like an impressive gift. A DJ played pleasant music in the background, and the excited tenants raised a glass together with the developer and owner of ONCE, Asaf Nachshoni, the company's management, and the Rehovot City Engineer.
Asaf Nachshoni, CEO and Owner of the ONCE Group, excitedly shared his blessing: "We are proud to hand over a new, impressive, and high-quality building in a record time of only 20 months of construction. Built by our contracting company, it reflects an uncompromising commitment to the highest standards of quality and precision currently available in the construction industry. We wish the tenants much joy and many happy moments in their new home."
Particular excitement was felt by one of the buyers, a New York resident who, after October 7th, decided to purchase two apartments in the building—one for himself and the other for his elderly mother. The mother, who had been living in an old apartment without a safe room (Mamad), will now enjoy a sense of personal security with her move to a new, protected, and modern apartment.
The building, designed by "Ashkenazi Architects", features an impressive facade with meticulous environmental development, precise planning, and a smooth, pleasant flow between the spaces.
For ONCE, the occupancy of HaRaz 13 is another significant milestone, joining the completion of other successful projects over the past year: Gluskin 23 and KKL 7-9. The company's customer service team will continue to lovingly accompany each family until they are fully settled into their new home.
We built HaRaz 13 the way you build a home for your own family. No compromises, down to the last detail.
