About the project

A one-of-a-kind project in north Rehovot, designed by Etgar Nul Architects: an innovative residential concept in two 10-storey buildings (3-4 room apartments, garden apartments and penthouses). Shared workspaces and a meeting room replace the need for a home office, alongside a shared garden patio open for leisure.

The apartments

  • Flooring and tiling in a choice of designs
  • Bathrooms with vanity cabinets and mirrors
  • Generous electrical and communication points
  • High kitchen credit for your own choice and design
  • Air-conditioning preparation with a high credit
  • Standard protected room (mamad) in every apartment
